Freelance Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, cold emails, and networking.
• Pitch services effectively to potential clients through email, calls, and online meetings.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies.
• Develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Build a strong pipeline and track all sales activities using CRM or internal tools.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in business development or sales in the IT/tech services industry (freelance or full-time).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with lead generation platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and deliver results.
• Understanding of technology services like mobile app/web development, SaaS, UI/UX, etc.
