Freelance Assistant – Community Building & Content Support (Work from Home)

Remote | India-based | INR 10,000/month | ~5–7 hours/week

We’re building something exciting, a growing platform that connects Mechanical and Electrical Engineers across the globe through knowledge sharing, networking, and meetups. If you’re someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and loves being part of something meaningful, we’d love to work with you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle basic administrative and coordination tasks
• Help prepare content (event summaries, social media copy, WhatsApp messages, etc.)
• Moderate existing WhatsApp groups (around 4–5 groups, keeping engagement alive)
• Assist with tasks related to our monthly community meetups
• Maintain simple records, follow-ups, and occasional email drafting

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in English (spoken + written)
• Someone who believes in community building and learning together
• Prior experience in administrative or content roles is a plus
• Must be based in India and available 5–7 hours/week (flexible hours)
