FP&A Analyst

As a dedicated FP&A Analyst at Tide, you play a crucial role in collaborating with stakeholders across various business domains, guiding strategic decisions, and empowering small businesses by helping them save time and money. Your responsibilities include compiling and presenting company data, monitoring financial performance, conveying critical financial insights, developing financial models, contributing to management accounting, reporting procedures, and creating ad-hoc reports. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders across Member Lifecycle areas - Compile and present company data - Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts - Convey critical financial insights to stakeholders - Develop financial models to evaluate business case feasibility - Contribute to management accounting and reporting procedures - Create ad-hoc reports - Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting - Support month-end close and management reporting process - Design and monitor financial models - Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards - Identify key trends and risks - Establish business relationships - Collaborate with various teams to increase efficiency - Lead ad-hoc projects Qualifications Required: - Qualified accountant or working towards a relevant designation - Undergraduate degree in a related field - 2+ years of relevant experience ideally within FP&A - Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets - Strong attention to detail - Effective communication skills - Ability to work well under tight deadlines - Experience in producing data-driven financial models following best practices - Experience with automating reports/processes - Thrive in fast-paced environments - Ideally, experience with SAP and Anaplan Tide, a finance platform dedicated to saving time and money for small businesses, offers competitive salary, flexible working arrangements, self and family health insurance, term and life insurance, OPD benefits, mental wellbeing support, learning and development opportunities, WFH setup allowance, annual leave, and family-friendly leave.
