Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Research industry trends, competitors, and opportunities; support decisions with briefs and dashboards
Track key metrics, analyze data, and share insights to guide business strategy
Own and drive high-impact projects like new launches, ops setup, or pilots
Work closely with the Founder- join meetings, manage follow-ups, and support daily tasks
Set up systems for tracking, communication, and team productivity
Coordinate across teams and help with hiring and onboarding tasks
Draft emails, reports, or social content aligned with brand voice

About Company: Rancho Labs is an ed-tech company founded in 2019 by IIT Delhi alumni and professors, with a mission to inspire students' interest in technology fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Coding, and Robotics through engaging experiential learning.
The company offers a range of programs tailored for students from Grade 3 to 12, including workshops, long-term courses, and summer camps. These programs focus on hands-on learning, enabling students to build real-world projects like traffic light systems, chatbots, and clap-activated lamps.
