Forward Deployed ML Engineer

You are a good fit if you:

• Have 03 years of experience working as an ML Engineer or Applied Scientist
• Skilled in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and ML libraries (e.g. Hugging Face, scikit-learn)
• Experience with data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment into production environments
• Proven track record of building end-to-end ML solutions for real-world problems (e.g. NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems)
• Solid understanding of MLOps practices, observability, and monitoring ML systems in production
• Comfortable working in forward-deployed roles, interfacing directly with customers/founders to rapidly iterate on ML solutions
• Able to thrive in fast-paced, founder-led teams and take ownership from design to deployment

Role Details:

• Flexible work: async and remote-first
• Expected commitment: 30 hours per week

Compensation:

Pay ranges from $15/hr for part-time gigs to $25K+ annually for full-time roles.
