Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Flutter Lead with 710 years of experience in mobile application development, including strong expertise in Flutter and Dart. The ideal candidate will not only architect and build scalable cross-platform applications for Android and iOS but also lead a team of developers, drive technical excellence, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices for the mobile team.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and maintainability through effective debugging, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Drive integration with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, Firebase, and native components.
• Oversee release management for Play Store and App Store, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Participate in and improve Agile development processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Stay current with Flutter ecosystem advancements, mobile development trends, and emerging technologies, and recommend adoption where relevant.

Required Skills

• 7–10 years of mobile app development experience, with at least 3+ years in Flutter & Dart.
• Strong expertise in mobile architecture patterns (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, MVVM, etc.).
• Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and scalable software design principles.
• Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API integration, offline storage, caching, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging, optimization, and performance tuning skills.
• Exposure to mobile app security best practices.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
