Flutter Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in building high-performance, scalable mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms using Flutter. You will be responsible for designing and developing cross-platform mobile apps, collaborating with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and native components.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize performance.
• Participate in Agile development processes including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Stay up to date with the latest Flutter releases, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills:

• 35 years of professional experience in mobile app development.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and mobile app architecture (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
• Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) is a plus.
• Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs and handling offline storage and caching.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and release management (Play Store / App Store).
• Strong debugging, optimization, and performance tuning skills.
• Understanding of mobile security and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Messaging, etc.).
• Knowledge of app publishing and store compliance guidelines.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (unit, widget, integration).
• Contributions to open-source Flutter projects or portfolio of published apps.
