Flutter Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop
scalable, maintainable, and high-quality Flutter applications
for Android and iOS.
Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to
translate requirements and wireframes
into robust mobile features.
Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services (e.g., Firebase, payment gateways).
Work with
local and cloud databases
.
Ensure
pixel-perfect UI implementation
from Figma/Sketch/XD designs, including responsive layouts.
Optimize app performance, debug issues, and ensure smooth user experience.
Write
unit, widget, and integration tests
to maintain high code quality.
Manage app deployment processes for
Google Play Store and Apple App Store
.
Stay updated with the
latest Flutter and mobile development trends
, suggesting improvements where needed.

Requirements:

3-5 years of professional experience
in mobile app development, with at least
2+ years in Flutter
.
Strong knowledge of
Flutter framework
.
Experience integrating
APIs, authentication, and push notifications
.
Strong understanding of
UI/UX principles
and responsive design for multiple devices.
Proficiency in
debugging, performance tuning, and profiling tools
.
Experience with
version control (Git)
and collaborative development workflows.
Prior exposure to
HRMS, payroll, or enterprise applications
is a strong plus.
Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines
is an advantage.
