Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Flutter Developer to join our growing mobile app development team. The ideal candidate will have experience developing cross-platform applications using Flutter and Dart, with a strong eye for design, performance, and usability.

You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to create robust and scalable mobile solutions for Android and iOS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced applications using the Flutter framework.
• Build responsive UI and integrate APIs to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with the design and backend teams to implement new features and enhancements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Debug and fix issues, and improve application performance.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter, Dart, and mobile development trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1–3 years) in Flutter mobile app development.
• Strong understanding of Dart programming language and Flutter architecture.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with JSON.
• Familiarity with state management techniques (Provider, BLoC, GetX, Riverpod, etc.).
• Knowledge of version control tools like Git.
• Experience with app deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Storage, etc.).
• Understanding of mobile app design principles and UI/UX guidelines.
• Basic knowledge of native Android/iOS development.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
