Flutter Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Flutter Developer with a strong background in Dart and experience in building high-quality, production-ready mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have solid experience with BLoC state management, a keen eye for UI/UX, and a deep understanding of how mobile applications function under the hood.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
• Implement scalable and maintainable architecture using BLoC (Cubit/BLoC).
• Build pixel-perfect UI based on given designs with strong attention to detail.
• Optimize app performance, animations, and overall user experience.
• Integrate apps with Firebase, REST APIs, secure storage, and local databases.
• Work with backend teams, designers, and product stakeholders for seamless delivery.
• Handle app lifecycle, async programming, rendering behavior, and platform channel integrations.
• Maintain clean, testable code and follow best practices for debugging and version control.
• Publish and update mobile applications on the Play Store and/or App Store.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Flutter & Dart development.
• Strong hands-on experience building production-ready Flutter applications.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with BLoC architecture (Cubit/BLoC).
• Good sense of UI/UX design and pixel-perfect implementation.
• Deep understanding of mobile internals: rendering cycles, async programming, lifecycle management, platform channels, and performance behavior.
• Basic knowledge of native Android (Java/Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift).
• Experience with Firebase, local databases, secure storage, and network integration.
• Familiarity with Git, clean coding principles, scalable architecture, and debugging best practices.
• Experience publishing apps to the Play Store and/or App Store.
• Knowledge of animations, performance optimization, and app security best practices.
