Job Title: Manual Tester (Performance Testing – WMS) Company: FluidDevs Location: Remote Experience Required: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Joining: Immediate About the Role FluidDevs is hiring a Manual Tester with strong experience in Performance Testing and hands-on expertise with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of testing experience, deep understanding of WMS processes, solid SDLC knowledge, and exposure to automation. This is a remote opportunity for professionals who can join immediately. Key Responsibilities  Design and execute manual test cases across functional, regression, and integration testing.  Perform performance testing (load, stress, scalability) for WMS applications.  Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks with technical teams.  Create and maintain test documentation – test plans, test cases, defect logs, and reports.  Collaborate with business/tech teams on WMS workflows and integrations.  Support UAT cycles and provide defect triage support.  Contribute to automation efforts (Selenium, JMeter, etc.). Required Skills  5+ years in software testing with strong manual testing expertise.  Proven performance testing skills (JMeter, LoadRunner, or equivalent).  Hands-on WMS testing experience.  Strong knowledge of SDLC and QA processes.  Test management tools experience (JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail).  Basic automation exposure (Selenium, TestNG, or similar).  Good SQL skills for validation.  Strong analytical & communication skills. Education:  Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Good to Have  API testing exposure (Postman, Rest Assured).  Agile/Scrum experience.  ERP/WMS integration knowledge.
