We are currently seeking a dynamic Floor Manager (Administrative) who can lead from the front, manage on-ground operations, and ensure smooth guest flow and team coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily floor operations, including guest flow, attraction readiness, and safety protocols. - Supervise floor team members including activity attendants and cleaning crew. - Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve guest issues or complaints. Monitor cleanliness, staff behavior, and operational efficiency across all zones. - Conduct daily briefings and update staff about shift responsibilities, offers, and park rules. - Support the Operations Manager in managing crowds during peak hours, holidays, and events. Qualifications & Skills: - Graduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). - 2 years of experience in floor or operations management (hospitality, retail, or entertainment industry preferred). - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage large footfall. - Good command over Hindi, English, and Gujarati (preferred). - Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
