Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from UK customers related to telecom/technical issues.
Troubleshoot broadband, Wi-Fi, router, mobile network, and landline service problems.
Guide customers through step-by-step technical resolutions.
Create and update service tickets with accurate issue details.
Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments when necessary.
Ensure first-call resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Adhere to process guidelines, SLAs, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent English communication skills (spoken ).
Prior experience in international voice/tech support preferred.
Ability to work night shifts (UK shift timings).
Customer-service-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
