Job Description

You will be responsible for firmware testing of Industrial Embedded Device Firmware and validation of Gateways and Edge Controllers. Your role will involve testing connectivity protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, and OPC-UA, with preference given to Modbus. Experience in Ethernet, RS485, RS232, and CAN protocols is required. Additionally, you will be involved in HIL (Hardware in Loop) Testing. You will utilize in-house tools and simulators for testing purposes and should be proficient in Python Scripting language and OOPS in Python. Moreover, you will be expected to have hands-on experience in designing and developing Test Automation Frameworks, such as Robot Framework, pybot, or pytest. You will be responsible for creating test cases, test plans, and should have knowledge of GIT or other software configuration management tools. Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA or similar software is essential. Strong communication skills are a must for this role. Key Skills required for this position include Industrial Protocols, Python, Robot Framework, Pytest, Modbus TCP/RTU, Modbus, BACNet, and OPC UA. This is a contract-to-hire position located in Bangalore, with a hybrid work mode. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 8.5 years of experience and should be able to join immediately.,
