FinOps Analyst

As a FinOps Analyst at BECO located in Marol, Andheri, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving accounts receivable queries. Your responsibilities will include resolving billing issues, reconciling accounts, addressing disputes through calls and emails, and ensuring timely collections through strong ownership and trust-building. You will be responsible for end-to-end accounts receivable reconciliation, managing AR collections for assigned accounts, reconciling vendor statements, maintaining clean AR ledgers, and resolving billing disputes in coordination with Sales and Customer Service. Additionally, you will forecast collections, identify high-risk accounts, and drive process improvements in AR operations to meet monthly productivity and performance targets. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least 4 years of AR experience. Strong communication and customer handling skills are essential, along with a proactive problem-solving mindset, ownership mentality, and the ability to thrive in dynamic and ambiguous environments. Proficiency in Excel and SAP is required, along with experience in managing online e-commerce channels and marketplaces.
