This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to real-world accounting practices, financial processes, and interdepartmental collaboration, making it an excellent launchpad for aspiring finance professionals. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including data entry, journal entries, and ledger management.
Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
Help in managing invoices, expense tracking, and vendor coordination.
Conduct research & analysis to identify new accounting/finance trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Gain exposure to CRM systems and learn how finance integrates with client and business operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, HR, operations) to understand the financial perspective of different departments.
Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and financial regulations.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals and financial principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
Curiosity to explore financial R&D and ability to bring innovative insights.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling numbers.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
