In this role, you’ll oversee and coordinate key financial initiatives, ensuring smooth execution, accuracy, and alignment with strategic business objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with finance, operations, and executive teams to deliver projects that optimize performance, enhance reporting, and drive sustainable growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end financial projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and reporting
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with company strategy
• Track progress, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Analyze financial data, prepare detailed reports, and present insights to senior management
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and financial accuracy
• Support system integrations, budgeting cycles, and automation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience in financial project management, corporate finance, or consulting
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluency in English; German or French a plus (merci & danke vielmal!)
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification is an advantage
