Finance Manager

We are looking to hire a capable and driven Deputy Manager / Manager Finance Operations &

Compliance who can independently lead and manage the end-to-end finance function for

multiple clients across industries. This role is perfect for someone with a strong CA firm

background and hands-on experience in handling medium to large clients across di\erent domains.

Youll be supported by team members but are expected to take full ownership of deliverables,

client communication, reporting, compliance calendar management, and coordination with internal

teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage and deliver end-to-end accounting and finance operations for

clients

- Ensure timely compliance with Income Tax, TDS, GST, ROC and other statutory

requirements

- Guide and review work of junior team members

- Handle client communication and relationship management across multiple industries

- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and legal teams as required

- Own and track compliance calendars and deliverables for each client

- Keep pace with changes in tax laws, regulatory norms, and accounting standards

- Drive internal process improvements and documentationManage monthly and quarterly closes, financial statements preparation, and MIS reporting

Candidate Profile

- CA with years or CA Inter with years of relevant experience in a mid to

large-size CA firm

- Must have managed diverse clients independently, preferably across FMCG,

manufacturing, services, and startups

- Deep knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings

- Strong hands-on experience with Tally / Zoho / QuickBooks / other ERPs

- Excellent communication skills, client handling, and problem-solving ability

- A team player with the ability to mentor juniors and lead with ownership

- Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
