Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting to ensure alignment with business goals.
Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with auditors for annual audits and support the audit process.
Cash Flow Management:
Monitor daily cash flow, ensuring the company has sufficient liquidity to meet its obligations.
Implement strategies to optimize cash flow, including managing receivables and payables.
Forecast cash flow requirements and advise management on financial planning.
Cost Control & Budget Management:
Work with departments to set and manage budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
Analyze spending patterns and recommend cost-saving measures.
Track actual expenses against budgeted amounts and report discrepancies.
Risk Management:
Identify potential financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Develop and monitor internal controls to protect company assets.
Assess investment opportunities and advise on risk vs. return considerations.
Compliance & Regulatory Management:
Stay up-to-date with financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting practices.
Ensure the company adheres to all legal and regulatory financial requirements.
Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Strategic Financial Decision-Making:
Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions such as mergers, acquisitions, or expansion plans.
Evaluate financial viability for new business ventures and investments.
Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies that drive growth and profitability.
Investor Relations & Pitching:
Investor Pitching:
Prepare and present financial information to potential investors, clearly articulating the company s financial health, growth prospects, and risk profile.
Develop business plans, pitch decks, and financial forecasts for fundraising rounds.
Engage with investors to answer questions, clarify financial assumptions, and build trust.

Data Entry with Analysis and Financial Systems:
