About the Role:

Accounts & Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Management

  • Manage end-to-end accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Payroll.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per statutory requirements.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage banking operations, including LC, BG, loan documentation, and fund utilization.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Costing

  • Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Monitor production costs, inventory valuation, and ensure accurate cost accounting.
  • Implement cost control measures and highlight areas for efficiency improvement.

Compliance & Audit

  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations.
  • Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and government authorities.
  • Maintain timely and accurate submission of tax returns and statutory filings.

Strategic Financial Planning

  • Support management in financial decision-making through MIS reports and analysis.
  • Provide insights on capital investment, expansion, and financial feasibility studies.
  • Assist in risk management, internal controls, and financial policies.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a small team of accountants and finance executives.
  • Establish strong financial discipline and internal control systems across the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA/ICWA/MBA Finance preferred).
  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in

    Accounts & Finance

    within the

    manufacturing sector

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    Costing, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory compliances

    .
  • Proficiency in

    Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel

    .
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership with the ability to work closely with management and cross-functional teams.
