Roles & Responsibilities:

? Installation of the Machines.

? Educate and train customers on use of machines, software and application.

? Attending Break down Calls and Troubleshooting

? First Time Resolution of the machines handled.

? Manage Spares Inventory

? Build positive relationships with customers.

? Payment Collection

Desired Candidate Profile:

? Having a experience of 2 to 5 yrs

? Minimum ITI or Diploma

? Ability to work productively with minimal supervision.

? Good communication and customer service skills

? Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.

? Strong time management skills. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

? Ethical and trustworthy.

? Having a valid Driving License and a bike.

? Should be fluent in Tamil , English and Hindi.
