Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Technician located in Panaji. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Online UPS systems, Servo Stabilizers, inverters, Solar, batteries, and gensets. The technician will conduct routine inspections, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support. Additionally, the technician may need to interact with customers to ensure optimal performance of power solutions and address any concerns or queries they may have.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial UPS power backup systems , AVR, Inverters , Industrial Batteries and related elecrical equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
• Ability to conduct routine inspections and ensure optimal performance of systems
• Customer service skills, including effective communication and problem-solving
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols in handling electrical equipment
• Experience in working with Solar, inverters, batteries, and gensets is a plus
• Relevant technical certifications or a diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering
