Responsibilities:
Installation and commissioning of new automatic blow molding machines and air compressors at customer sites across South India.Providing comprehensive after-sales service, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.Conducting on-site technical support to diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently.Performing scheduled maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.Providing technical training to customers on the operation and maintenance of our equipment.Maintaining detailed service records and reports, ensuring accurate documentation of all interventions.Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely availability of parts and resources.Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures while working on-site.
