Your Role :

We are looking for a self-starter Field service Engineer to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases Business Revenue.

• Provide service and customer support during field visits
• Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and PM visits, IQ/OQ
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Follow Document processes through SFDC, Service Max
• Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
• Generation of Service Revenue for Company
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Maintain and Increase NPS.
• Support sales team for Consumables sales and Buyback of old Instruments
• Providing service and customer support during field visits
• Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance and PM visits, IQ/OQ, Generation of Service Revenue for Company & support to sales & Marketing team.
• Delivering highest Service quality levels in region assigned and maintain and Increase NPS.

Who you are:

• Industry- Analytical or Biomedical industry. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in service.
• Qualification: BE/ Btech in Electronics/Instrumentation/Electrical/Mechanical.

• Proven field service experience
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
• English literacy
• Ability to work flexible and to adapt to changing work environment
• Familiarity with Digital tools and applications
