Job Title:

Field Service Engineer – Installation & Breakdown Support (Security Systems)

Job Summary:

The Site Engineer will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and breakdown support of security equipment such as Tyre Killers, DFMD (Door Frame Metal Detectors), Boom Barrier and Baggage Scanners. The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently at client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission Tyre Killers, DFMDs, Boom Barrier and Baggage Scanners at client locations.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment breakdowns efficiently.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to plan installation and service schedules.
• Maintain proper documentation of service reports, breakdown logs, and installation records.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site requirements during installation and servicing.
• Train end-users/operators on proper equipment handling and basic troubleshooting.
• Provide feedback to the technical team regarding recurring issues and product improvements.
• Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services as per company commitments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in installation/maintenance of security equipment or similar machines.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, circuit diagrams, and drawings.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively to client sites.

Preferred:

• Prior experience with security scanning systems or electromechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
