About the Role:

Masters Secret is looking for passionate and result-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant & Café) sales team. This is not a typical sales job — it’s a rewarding opportunity where your performance directly drives your income! With limited pressure and a focused client base, you can earn maximum incentives alongside a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with HoReCa clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, etc.)
• Visit clients on the field for 20 days a month to manage orders and build trust
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales
• Achieve monthly targets with a limited number of high-value clients
• Provide excellent post-sales service and ensure client satisfaction
• Report daily sales updates and client feedback

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales or field marketing preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Interest or background in the HoReCa industry is an added advantage
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to take initiative
• Own a smartphone for communication and reporting
