Job Description

We are hiring for Sales executive-Field, anyone who has Good Communication skills, 2 Wheeler vehicle & Laptop and is ready to work extensively to work on field can apply or share their resume on deepti@flairup.in

Who can Apply- Good Communication skills, smart personality, confident to represent company's products to clients and have focus on revenue generation.

Experience - 6 Months to 2 Years Sales in Fin-tech, Digital Marketing or any other Industry.

  • Sales Generation:Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Relationship Building:Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships and drive sales growth.
  • Sales Presentations:Delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing:Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet sales targets.
  • Market Research:Conducting market research to identify potential leads, understand customer needs, and analyze competitor activities.
  • Sales Reporting:Providing regular reports on sales activities, performance, and market trends.
  • Customer Service:Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Product Knowledge:Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively promote and sell products.
  • Collaboration:Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to optimize sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • CRM Management:Utilizing and maintaining a CRM system to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze sales data.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and competitors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
