Field Sales Representative

- Sales and Marketing: Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels, conduct site visits to assess customer needs, and provide customized solutions.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

- Product Knowledge: Provide in-depth knowledge of solar panels and their technical specifications to customers.

- Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online research.

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.

Required Skills:

- Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Sales and Marketing: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.

- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of solar energy products and services.

- Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in the solar or renewable energy industry.

- Certifications: Knowledge of solar technology and regulatory requirements is beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
