Field Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead regional sales operations from the office, focusing on B2B client acquisition and retention.
• Mentor and manage high-performing regional sales teams, ensuring achievement of targets and operational excellence.
• Cultivate strong relationships with builders, contractors, project managers, and dealers within the steel and construction sectors.
• Monitor team KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and provide actionable coaching and feedback.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in both English and the local/native language.
• Coordinate closely with logistics, technology, and support teams for efficient order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver detailed sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to senior management.
• Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• 5-12 years

  of proven experience in offline or office-based B2B sales, preferably in steel, construction materials, or industrial sectors.
• Fluency in English and the native language (Telugu for Hyderabad & Visakhapatnam, Kannada for Bangalore).
• Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in driving regional business operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics, and sales reporting tools.
