Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across hospitality, retail, wellness, and corporate sectors.
• Conduct field visits to prospective clients, deliver product demonstrations, and promote scent marketing solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to create tailored scent solutions.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM records.
• Participate in events, exhibitions, and networking activities to expand business reach.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in B2B, FMCG, or service-based industries.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in fragrance or sensory marketing solutions.
• Existing network in hospitality, retail, or spa/wellness industries.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting.
