Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated L1 Network Engineer to provide first-level support for enterprise network infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, and performing basic configurations of switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to alerts from NMS, ticketing systems, and monitoring tools.

Provide first-level troubleshooting for LAN, WAN, WLAN, and firewall-related issues.

Perform basic configuration and support for network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, APs).

Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams as per SLA.

Assist in routine maintenance, health checks

Document incidents, resolutions, and maintain proper logs.

Support network device installations and replacements as directed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
