Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled Field Engineer to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of equipment/systems. Due training shall be provided. The role requires strong problem-solving abilities, customer service orientation, and a hands-on approach to resolving technical issues in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment/systems at client sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support and training to clients/users on equipment usage and safety measures.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, and service) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare service reports, documentation, and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Adhere to company safety standards and compliance guidelines while performing fieldwork.
• Support project deployment activities across Chandigarh and nearby regions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics, or related field).
• 1–3 years of experience in field engineering, maintenance, or technical support (freshers with strong fundamentals can also apply).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site assignments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with clients and stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
