Field Engineer

As a Field Engineer (IT Support) at our company, you will be responsible for providing on-site support for laptops, desktops, and printers at various client locations. Your primary role will involve performing basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and installations, ensuring timely resolution of service requests, and maintaining detailed records. Collaboration with the central IT team for escalated issues and delivering prompt and professional service to clients are key aspects of this job. The ideal candidate for this position should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role, possess basic knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and software, and be familiar with printer installation and troubleshooting. Good communication skills, customer handling abilities, and a willingness to travel within the assigned region are essential requirements. Additionally, having a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred for this role. In return, we offer a competitive monthly in-hand salary of 15,000 along with an additional 4,500 towards Provident Fund.
