Job Title: Field Collection Executive and Telecallers Field Executive Positions:- 10 Tele Caller Positions:- 05 Reports to: Team Leader/Manager, Collections and Recovery Field Executive Locations:- BANASHANKARI BANGALORE CENTRAL ELECTRONIC CITY WHITEFIELD & MARATHAHALLI RT NAGAR Job Summary Field Executive : We are seeking a results-driven Field Collection Executive to join our Banking Collections and Recovery team. As a Field Collection Executive, you will be responsible for visiting customers who have overdue accounts, building rapport, and negotiating settlements to recover outstanding debts. Your goal will be to provide excellent customer service while achieving collection targets. Job Summary Telecaller: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our Banking Collections and Recovery team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting customers who have overdue accounts and negotiating settlements to recover outstanding debts. Your goal will be to build rapport with customers, understand their financial situation, and work with them to find a mutually beneficial solution. Key Responsibilities Field Executive: 1. Visit customers at their residences or workplaces to discuss repayment options and negotiate settlements. 2. Build rapport with customers, understand their financial situation, and provide personalised solutions. 3. Collect payments, documents, and other relevant information from customers. 4. Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records. 5. Meet daily/weekly/monthly collection targets and adhere to performance metrics. 6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as telecallers and legal teams. Key Responsibilities Telecaller: 1. Make outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts to discuss repayment options and negotiate settlements. 2. Build rapport with customers, understand their financial situation, and provide personalised solutions to help them settle their debts. 3. Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their concerns and objections professionally. 4. Meet daily/weekly/monthly collection targets and adhere to performance metrics. 5. Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records in Excel. 6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as field agents and legal teams, to ensure seamless recovery processes. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, company policies, and procedures. Requirements for Field Executive: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. 4. Basic knowledge of banking products and services (desirable). 5. Familiarity with local areas and ability to navigate efficiently. 6. DRA(Debt Recovery Agent Certification) candidates will be preferred 7. Two Wheeler with Valid license is Mandatory. Requirements for Telecaller: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. 3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. 4. Basic knowledge of banking products and services (desirable). 5. Proficiency in MS Office. 6.
