Job Title: Freelance Faculty – Accounts for Event Management & Freelance Faculty for Communication Skills

Location: Patna (Offline Classes)

Job Type: Freelance / Per Lecture Basis
Compensation: ₹500 per lecture (2-hour duration)
Class Timing: Mostly 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM

About the Role:

NIEM Patna is looking for a freelance faculty member to teach Accounts related to Event Management. The focus will be on practical accounting concepts relevant to budgeting, vendor payments, GST, and financial planning within the event industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct offline lectures covering accounting fundamentals with an event industry perspective.
• Deliver 2-hour sessions in an engaging and simplified manner.
• Teach students how to handle event budgets, expense tracking, and basic financial reporting.
• Use practical examples and case studies to explain accounting concepts.
• Coordinate with the institute for class schedules and topics.

Requirements:

• B.Com/M.Com/MBA in Finance or CA Inter with a strong accounting background.
• Prior teaching or corporate training experience preferred.
• Knowledge of budgeting in service-based businesses (especially events) is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
• Available during afternoon slots (2:00 PM to 4:00 PM).
