Job Title: Factory Manager Department:

Time: 9:00AM -06:00PM Monday to Saturday(sunday close)

Salary: 20,000-25,000/- (per month)

Location:-Site-5, Kasna, Greater Noida

:Job Summary: A factory manager oversees daily factory operations, ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety regulations are met by leading and managing staff, monitoring processes, and controlling budgets. Key duties include developing producion plans, allocating resources, implementing quality control, maintaiing equipment, resolving issues, and reporting on perfornance to senior managenent.

Responsibilities:-

1. Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet output targets and deadlines. Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.

2. Hire, train, and supervise production staff, creating work schedules, assigning tasks, and providing leadership and coaching.

3. Establish and enforce quality standards to ensure finished goods meet specifications

4.Oversee the maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure they ar in good working condition.

5. Manage the factory budget, identify cost-saving opportunities, and control production 9. COsts.

6. Monitor production processes, implement strategies for continuous improvement, and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.

7. Prepare and present regular reports on production performance and other factory activities

8 Ensure the factory operates in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. 3 to senior management.

9. Coordinate with other departments for material supply, logistics, and other related issues.

Required Skills -

• Strong skills in identifying and resolving production issues and process deficiencies
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with staff, suppliers, and management.
• Understanding of production processes and equipment

Education and Experience:

BBA or MBA At least two years related experience required.
