Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Manager located in Balasinor. The Factory Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality control, and ensuring the seamless running of manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include managing production teams, optimizing resource allocation, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining operational efficiency to meet target outputs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to oversee production schedules and ensure timely operations
• Expertise in Quality Control and ensuring processes meet regulatory and company standards
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations to manage resource utilization and streamline activities
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate teams effectively
• Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements for cost effectiveness and productivity
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred
• Experience within the explosives manufacturing or related industry is a plus
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards in manufacturing environments
