Job Description

Lead and manage IT tool implementation projects across multiple workstreams.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business and technical stakeholders.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and manage risks and dependencies.
Provide regular updates to leadership and ensure alignment with business goals.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and documentation in French.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management.
Proven experience in finance or insurance-related IT implementations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills in
French
(mandatory).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

People Management Areas

Directly manage team of 5-8 managers in one or more solution areas.
Develop people through coaching, motivation & guided training
Develop career path & have career conversations with seniors to keep them engaged.
