Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist located in Kanpur. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling phone calls, greeting clients, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Additional tasks include clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. The Receptionist will also be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills and basic office management tasks
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
