Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, verify, and manage all export-related documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, shipping instructions, and Bill of Lading.
  • Ensure documents are accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
  • Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs agents, and overseas clients for documentation and shipment updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, sales) for smooth shipment execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of all export documentation and file systematically for future reference.
  • Monitor export shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery and submission of required documents.
  • Handle discrepancies or issues related to export documentation promptly and effectively.
  • Stay updated on international trade policies, INCOTERMS, and export documentation requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
