Job Description

  • Document Preparation:
  • Preparing commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading (B/L), certificates of origin, and other necessary export documents.
  • Ensuring all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Preparing and auditing export documentation for vessel shipments and settlements.
  • Staying updated on changes to export regulations and documentation requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance with both domestic and international regulations.
  • Filing rebate claims.
  • Handling L/C documents.
  • Sending scan copies of documents to customers.
  • Maintaining coordination between related departments.
  • Creating export packing orders.
  • Verifying documents received from client coordinators.
  • Uploading documents on E-Sanchit.

· Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a strong background in export documentation. The minimum qualification for the role is Graduation and minimum 1 year of experience in Export documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
