We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Documentation Executive to join our team in Belapur. The candidate will be responsible for handling all export documentation activities, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare and verify export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and bills of lading.
Coordinate with shipping lines, CHA, and overseas agents for timely documentation and shipment release.
Handle software entries for Import & Export as per company process.
Draft and respond to professional emails with clients, shipping lines, and vendors.
Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation accuracy.
Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of export documents.
Track shipments and update clients and internal teams regarding shipment status.
Coordinate with accounts for billing and payment follow-up related to shipments.

Skills & Competencies:

Good understanding of export documentation process and international shipping terms (Incoterms).
Proficient in MS Office and Export/Import software tools.
Strong communication and email drafting skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Team player with strong organizational skills.

Working Days:
Monday to Saturday (2nd Saturday will be off & Other Saturday Half day )
Working Hours: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
