We're scaling fast and looking for a seasoned React Native Developer to help us elevate our app to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

As our Expert React Native Developer, you’ll be the technical backbone of our mobile experience. You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver a smooth, intuitive, and scalable app that pet parents love.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop advanced features in React Native for iOS and Android platforms.
• Optimize performance, responsiveness, and reliability across devices.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services securely and efficiently.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Stay ahead of mobile trends and proactively suggest improvements.
• Lead a team of mobile developers, making key technical decisions and ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable, and performant applications.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile development.
• 3+ years of hands-on React Native experience.
• Deep understanding of mobile architecture, state management (Redux/MobX), and native modules.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Strong grasp of performance optimization and debugging tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or AWS.
• Familiarity with pet care or service-based platforms.
• Passion for user-centric design and empathetic tech solutions.
