Software Engineer Job Description

We at Kizzy Consulting are looking for a passionate Salesforce Developer to join our team in Panchkula. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, and a solid grasp of Salesforce best practices across configuration and customization

Software Engineer Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flow.
• Deliver capabilities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs with PMs/architects/stakeholders.
• Maintain and enhance existing orgs; perform troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Build/customize LWCs, validation rules, triggers, Flows; ensure reusable, maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to Salesforce best practices and governor limits.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex (classes/triggers), Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL/SOSL.
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with declarative tools (Flow, Approval Processes).
• Familiarity with security model, profiles/permission sets, and API integrations.
• Problem-solving mindset; ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
