Executive/Sr. Executive - Active Directory Administrator , IT Dept

The Active Directory Admin will manage the enterprise Active Directory environment, ensuring its security, stability, and efficiency. This role requires in-depth knowledge of AD architecture, policies, and best practices, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and support users and ready to work in UK and Germany Shift timings. Key responsibilities related to Active Directory Support and Management within the organization: 1. Proven experience (3+ years) in AD & Server Support. 2. Support and maintain Active Directory including users, groups, organizational units and group policies. 3. Perform user account management tasks such as creating, modifying, password rest, account lockouts and disabling accounts. 4. Monitor AD access controls, group policies, and security updates. 5. Address and resolve minor server or Active Directory related incidents. 6. Maintain documentation of Active Directory and server configurations, procedures and troubleshooting steps. 7. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of server hardware and software (e.g., Windows Server, Linux, etc.). 8. Monitor server health, performance, and availability through built-in tools (e.g., Event Viewer, Task Manager, etc.). 9. Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance tasks such as disk space management, patching, and updates. 10.Monitor systems for performance and alerting using monitoring tools 11.Manage Proxy Applications 12.Provide Level 1 support for internal users and resolve issues related to Active Directory, server access, and related services.
