Job Description

As a part of the dynamic team at Relinns, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting the sales team in managing client accounts by processing orders, preparing quotes, and handling inquiries efficiently. - Coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients. - Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions and client interactions using CRM software. - Preparing and distributing sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required. - Responding promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively. - Collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials. - Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities. - Supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets and meeting sales objectives. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles within the IT industry is preferred. - Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. - Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems independently. - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and interface effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
