Working Requirements

• Stage wise In-process inspection to be done
• In case of any issue regarding mis match from design or any quality related issue raise NCR to production
• Maintain and update all records required for in-process inspection
• Ensure proper closure of NCRs
  

Final Inspection/ Client Inspection

• ITO to be completed before CI
• ITO & CI MOM compliance to be done within 2 days
  

• Assist in Incoming inspection as and when required
  

• Pre CI Documents must be ready before CI
  

• Analysis of NCRs & give necessary trainings to TAs
  

• Internal NCR & Customer points in MOM analysis (RCA & CAPA)
  

• Prime responsibility of maintenance and upgradation of all testing equipment's.
  

• IEC61439
• CPRI Type Test
• Manufacturing Process of LV Electrical Switchboards
• Testing of LV Switchboards
• PCC, MCC, PDB Panels
• ACB, MCCB, VFD, Soft Starters etc.
• Protection Relays Operations & Testing (IDMT, O/C, E/F, Differential etc.)
• PLC & PLC Programs
• Smart Panel concepts including Communication Protocols i.e. Modbus, Ethernet etc.
• Good Leader for Handling team of Engineers and Technicians for Quality Departments
• Good Communications skill for Customer Handling
