Job Description

Job Purpose:

To provide technical support and ensure the smooth functioning of all IT systems, hardware, and software across the organization. Responsible for resolving user issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and assisting in system upgrades and deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and application software.
Set up and manage user accounts, email accounts, and access rights in Active Directory or similar systems.
Monitor network connectivity and resolve any internet or LAN/WAN issues.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Assist with system backups and antivirus updates.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
Support implementation of new systems, upgrades, and migrations.
Ensure adherence to IT policies and security protocols.
Log and track IT issues using a ticketing system and ensure timely resolution.
