Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented freshers to join our VKYC (Video Know Your Customer) team. As a VKYC Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers completing their KYC process via video call. This role requires excellent communication, a customer-first approach, and adherence to compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct VKYC video calls with customers to complete KYC verification process
• Verify customer details and documents as per regulatory and internal guidelines
• Ensure high accuracy and quality in verification and documentation
• Maintain records of interactions and follow-up as necessary
• Meet daily targets and SLAs for KYC completion
• Flag suspicious profiles and escalate to the relevant team
  

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi)
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge and typing speed
• Comfortable working in evening shifts
• Attention to detail and adherence to compliance standards
  

Eligibility:

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: Freshers welcome; prior customer service/BPO experience is a plus.
