Role Description
This is a full-time Executive Personal Assistant role located in Thane for MarknStamp. The Executive Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing personal assistance to the executives, managerial team, and office staff on various tasks, including executive administrative assistance, communication, diary management, and clerical skills. The Executive Personal Assistant will need to operate with a great degree of independence by prioritizing tasks, managing projects and working towards deadlines.
Qualifications
Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. English is a must.
Experience in managing diaries and scheduling appointments effectively
Strong clerical skills to accurately maintain records, spreadsheets, and other administrative duties
Ability to multi-task efficiently and function effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
MBA/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field or equivalent work experience preferred
Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is a plus
Ability and willingness to work way beyond standard office timing like 9.30 am to 7.30 pm.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
